An 8-Week interactive Group Psychotherapy Experience

What happens when we give the thinking mind permission to soften and allow images, intuition, creativity, and the wisdom of our hands to lead? This eight-week closed psychotherapy group invites you into a deeper relationship with yourself through the transformative practice of SoulCollage®. Each week, participants will create one unique SoulCollage® card, gradually building a personal deck that reflects the many images, stories, emotions, strengths, longings, and inner wisdom that live within. Through image-making, reflection, therapeutic processing, and connection with a consistent group of fellow travelers, we will explore the layers of ourselves that can be difficult to access through words alone.

Over Eight Weeks, You Will:

✦ Explore different aspects of your inner world

✦ Deepen self-awareness and self-compassion

✦ Discover patterns, strengths, needs, and inner wisdom

✦ Engage creativity as a pathway for reflection and healing

✦ Practice listening to what emerges rather than forcing answers

✦ Experience the power of being witnessed within a supportive therapeutic community

✦ Build a personal collection of cards that can continue to serve as companions long after the group ends

The Invitation

You do not need to be an artist. You do not need to know what you are looking for. You only need a willingness to become curious about what might emerge when you place your hands in motion and allow your inner world to speak in images.

Weekly | 2.5 Hours Per Session

A closed group allows us to create trust, safety, continuity, and depth as we journey together over eight weeks.
